20 Volunteers of Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama visited Mysore in connection with the 10 Day summer camp at PT Belagola school for special children along with normal children. Inagural function was held on 13th April. All enjoyed the trip and appriciated the activities of Sevashrama. Sri Sethuram, volunteer in charge Mysore center along with Syed Khan manages the whole affair of organising the summer camp from 13th April to 22nd April 13. This is free camp organised at village level. Normally paid camps are organised in cities and none ventures to organise free camps at village level for government school children.

With out feeding how can we conduct summer camps whether it is paid or free. It is essential to make arrangements for morning milk with biscuits and afternoon meals. Things are so costly that it takes away a major chunk of the available finances. But what is the alternative? Can we altogether stop feeding? What ever may be the problems faced whatever may be the cost, children will be served with food & drink. We only request community participation, the well to do should share the cost burden and help Sevashrama to conduct free summer camps for village school children.
