        Some of the photos from Pavugada Free Cataract surgery camp. Cooking & Feeding the patients at the camp 138 patients were operated on 15th March 2013.  It was one day camp held with financial assistance from HAL under CSR funding, We were allotted 1000 IOL cataract surgeries from Medical & Health Unit Of Bangalore complex of HAL.

  Newly installed statues of Dr. Baba Sahib Ambedkar & Mahatma Gandhi at Nirashritara parihara kendra, Bangalore. Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama conducts cataract surgery for the inmates  of the Kendra. We have done more than 400 free IOL cataract surgeries till now

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. Medical & health division supported us in our cataract surgery project under their CSR scheme. They provided Rs. 15 lakhs for conducting 1000 free IOL cataract surgeries at our mega camps. We conducted six camps at Alkapura in Chikkaballapura district,  Kavital in Raichur District, P.N. Halli in Tumakur district, Hatti Gold Mines in Raichur district, Hagaribommanahalli in Bellary district and Pavugada in Tumkur district.       Dr. Subramanyam along with Nataraj visited one of our camps and enquired about the activities, Dr. Chetan explained our activities in detail. These are some of the photographs taken on that occasion. We thank HAL & its officers for their kind support for our eye care project. We have finished 1000 surgeries well within the scheduled time.                 Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama has established a training centre at Belagola village on KRS Mysore road. @0 women are taking traing in tailoring. We ahve also started a school to teach basics in computer. MR & disabled children attend PT Belagola centre for massage.

                                      Mysore project visit. Mr school is progressing well. Stayed at Misty Woods, residence of Sheela on T narasipur road, Mysore. The house is fully furnished with kitchen fully equiped. We have to have a vehicle to move about to Belagola & back. Stay was very comfortable. 

          Electric Cart for Carrying food & garbage used in Hatti Gold Mines. Jayaprakasha a volunteer just wants to enjoy the ride. we conducted a cataract surgery mega free eye camp at Hatti gold mines hospital on 1st Feb. 2013. Conducted 304 free catract surgeries.
