We face a unique problem in our education system. We know how to take care of the normal child. There are some children with learning difficulties. They need special care & attention to help them get over these difficulties in the initial stages. A stitch in time saves nine says a proverb, Somebody has to help these children by giving personal attention for some time then they can walk along with other children. We have a slow learners project at Hampapura & Chikka Ankanahalli,  two schools in Srirangapattana taluk of Mandya District, Karnataka India. We have appointed two Bed. Trained teachers to take care of ten children in two schools, The results are promising. We would like to expand this project when we receive financial aid from donors.
