The Staff members of Hagaribommanahalli Government Taluk Hospital under the leadership of Dr. Prakash Raddy did exemplary work in conducting the mega eye camp on 15th Feb. 13. Sevashrama conducted 241 free IOL cataract surgeries for older persons. The camp was sponsored By Hindustan Aeronautics Medical & services division Under CSR project.

This is the primary Health Centre managed by Karuna Trust at Beggars colony, Bangalore. Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama conducts Free IOL Cataract Surgery for the inmates. We have conducted more than 300 free sirgeries. Recently we conducted surgery camp at Vasantaputa as part of inaguration of surgery work at our Branch. 16 inmates were operated on 4th Dec. 2011.

Temple of Venugopalaswamy at Surapura, yadgir Dist.

        Venugopalaswamy temple at Surapura is an ancient temple maintained well. It is on the top of a hillock in the middle of the town. Sri Vivekanada Sevashrama volunteers visited this temple during the mega free IOL eye camp conducted on 20th July 2012. It was at walkable distance from the hospital Quarters where we stayed. Surapura is like a hill station with beautiful surroundings.
