Some ohotos of Vasantapura free cataract surgery camp on 12th July 2013. Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama will conduct two surgery camps for the poor at Viveka Vasanta in Vasantapura. We have already completed two camps. The food for the patients, helpers & the staff is being supplied by Sri Prasanna Anjaneya swami temple trust, Ragigudda, 9th Block, Bangalore.

This is the primary Health Centre managed by Karuna Trust at Beggars colony, Bangalore. Sri Vivekananda Sevashrama conducts Free IOL Cataract Surgery for the inmates. We have conducted more than 300 free sirgeries. Recently we conducted surgery camp at Vasantaputa as part of inaguration of surgery work at our Branch. 16 inmates were operated on 4th Dec. 2011.

Temple of Venugopalaswamy at Surapura, yadgir Dist.

        Venugopalaswamy temple at Surapura is an ancient temple maintained well. It is on the top of a hillock in the middle of the town. Sri Vivekanada Sevashrama volunteers visited this temple during the mega free IOL eye camp conducted on 20th July 2012. It was at walkable distance from the hospital Quarters where we stayed. Surapura is like a hill station with beautiful surroundings.
